About
Asian cooking, a lacquer-red dining room, and twenty-one floors of Prishtina underneath it.
NOYA opened to give Prishtina somewhere that felt like a capital city. Not a hotel restaurant with a view, but a room people plan their week around.

The kitchen
Our kitchen is trained in Japanese and South-East Asian method and refuses to treat it as heritage. The knife work is classical. The fire is classical. Everything after that is ours.

The room
Marbled red walls, deep booths, and lighting kept low enough that the city outside stays the brightest thing in the room. Designed to be photographed, built to be lived in.

The evening
Service starts at six and runs until one. The room changes with it, and so does the reason to be here.
Visit
Reserve a table on the 21st floor of Derand Hotel, or get in touch about private dining.
